My experiences of church practice have been life-changing! I have become more aware of what I am passionate about and the abilities I have and how I would like to serve God in the future. It has enhanced my leadership skills and it has been good to test the tools we have been given in leadership training. The theoretical teaching and practical application have been perfect for me. I have been able to grow in the tasks, in my character and in responsibility. I have both felt safe in that, but also felt challenged to continue to grow and take on new responsibilities.
