It is possible to pay with Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa.
All prices are in DKK.
School fees are paid in monthly instalments prior to the due date of 10th, from September to June. For late payment, a reminder fee of DKK 100 is charged and interest is added of 0.5% per month (corresponding to nominal interest of 6.71% per an.) the payment is delayed. In the case of unapproved absence, a fee of DKK 1000 per week is paid in addition to the ordinary self-payment. Interruption of stay must be announced by 4 weeks, during which school fees are still paid. This also applies if the stay is interrupted due to a lack of breaches of school rules.
Registration is not valid until the course price is paid. Payment can be made online by registration or by bank transfer/giro deposit within two weeks of registration. Registrations are binding. However, there is always a 14 days right of cancellation from the time of registration.
When cancelling no later than four weeks before the start of the course, the course price is refunded less DKK 500 in administration fee. There is no refund for later cancellations. Contact the college as soon as possible if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal or cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel a course if at the end of the registration deadline there are not enough students to complete it.
Cancellation insurance, which covers illness, etc., can be taken out through European Travel Insurance (Price: 6% of the course price, but a minimum of DKK 75). The insurance must be taken out at the same time as payment if it is to be valid.
Insurance premiums, transport costs, etc. not covered by the college if the course is cancelled.
Registration is not valid until the college has confirmed it.
